Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 5 ready baked pancakes
- 200 Exquisa Cream Cheese Fitline (0.2% fat)
- 1 apple
- Chili flakes
Wash the apple, core it and grate coarsely. Mix it with the cream cheese and spice it with salt, curry and chili flakes.
Heat the pancakes in the microwave or in the oven shortly and quarter them. Spread on ten of the pancake quarters the cream cheese mixture and cover them with the remaining ten pancake quarters.
They also can be decorated with small apple slices in the end.
