Fruity puff pastry with vanilla cream
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 4 slices frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg-yolk
- 1 tsp. milk
- 250 Exquisa "Creamy" Cream Cheese
- 150 yogurt
- 1 package vanilla powder (don't cook)
- 100 fresh fruits e.g. raspberry, currant - you also can use fruits out of the can
Diagonally score the puff pastry sheets with a knife. Stir the egg yolk with milk, spread it on the puff pastry sheets and put it on a baking sheet laid-out with baking paper. Put it in a preheated oven (200°C) for 10 minutes and then let it cool off.
Afterwards split the ready baked puff pastry horizontally. Mix Exquisa Cream Cheese with yogurt and the vanilla powder and spread it on the lower puff pastry pieces. Cover it with the prepared fruits and put the other puff pastry pieces on top.
