Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 100 Exquisa Cream Cheese Fitline (0.2% fat)
- 20 orange juice
- 2 fitness toasts (whole grain)
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 100 papaya
- 1 tbs. peeled sesame
- 100 mango
Stir the cream cheese with orange juice and vanilla sugar, until smooth. Peel and dice the mango and the papaya, mix with the cream cheese mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In the meantime roast the sesame in a nonfat pan until golden-brown.
Toast the fitness toasts, spread with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with sesame.
