Grilled beefsteaks on Exquisa-pepper-marinade
Stir well Exquisa cream cheese Fitline nature 0,2% fat, yogurt, mustard, thyme and peppercorns and place in the steaks. Cover all and leave within the refrigerator during 24h for marinating.
Preheat the grill.
Remove the steaks from the marinade, dab and salt them. Grill the steaks during 5 minutes on each side and enjoy your meal.
Hint: Best served with a crisp green salad and grilled bread.
